Healthy living. What does that mean to you? Most of our society thinks this is some sort of an arduous task of calorie counting and getting up at 4:30 am every day to go to “boot camp” to put yourself through misery when you should be sleeping another hour or two. Miss a workout? No problem! Work out extra long and hard tomorrow to make up for it. Do this for several weeks, maybe several months, then most people are right back into their own habits. Man, this healthy living thing is too difficult and over rated. I give up!
What if there was a way to live healthy in a way we were designed to that required much less effort than what conventional belief tells us? One that incorporated a more rounded approach to life that includes delicious foods, fun and play, sleeping in and overall enjoying being alive.
